Futsal State Team Player EOI – Country

Trials details are listed below for the Football NSW Country Futsal State teams that will compete at the 2026 Football Australia National Futsal Championships. The tournament will be hosted by Football Queensland up on the Gold Coast from the 13th to the 17th January 2026 (Tuesday – Saturday). The Country Trial is to be held at Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. – Address 90 Cambewarra Rd, Bomaderry NSW 2541

Trial Eligibility

To be eligible to trial for Futsal State teams we will need all players to complete the below EOI FORM.

• 16^th October 2025 – Closing date for Applications for players

You must read, understand, and agree to the following:

• Be available to attend ALL training sessions if selected into the final squad.
  • Reside within the Football NSW REGIONAL / COUNTRY region
  • Accept a position in the final squad if selected
  • Be available to attend and play ALL matches in the tournament
  • Trial for the correct age group at the times allocated
  • Reside within the Football NSW region
  • Make full payment of the player registration fee, once selected, by the stated due date
  • Players currently suspended or subject to an interim suspension order or disciplinary action are not eligible to trial.

Age Categories – for players are sorted into year born:

• Team – Year Born
• 12s Boys – For Players born on or after 1 January 2013
• 13s Boys – For Players born on or after 1 January 2012
• 14s Boys – For Players born on or after 1 January 2011
• 15s Boys – For Players born on or after 1 January 2010
• 16s Boys – For Players born on or after 1 January 2009
• 19s Men – For Players born on or after 1 January 2006
• 13s Girls – For Players born on or after 1 January 2012
• 15s Girls – For Players born on or after 1 January 2010
• 17s Girls – For Players born on or after 1 January 2008
• 19s Womens – For Players born on or after 1 January 2006

Training Schedule

• Post trials FNSW will be releasing the Futsal state team training schedule, which will consist of 2x 3 day training camps between 3^rd-5^th Jan and from 7^th-9^th Jan 2026 (training times – TBC).
• More information around venues and timings for state team training sessions will follow after the final squads have been selected.
