This program offers JDL and Youth players (U9–U18) a structured, high-quality goalkeeping development pathway, led by Football Australia–accredited Goalkeeper Coaches.

Designed to build confidence, sharpen technical ability, and accelerate development, the program supports goalkeepers in reaching their full potential on and off the field.

Term 1 is currently underway, running from the week commencing Monday 2 February to the week commencing Monday 30 March.

Term 2 Program Details

Start Date: Monday 4th May or Thursday 7th May

End Date: Monday 29th June or Thursday 2nd July

Training Days: Sessions run on either Mondays OR Thursdays, depending on player preference.

Location: Valentine Sports Park, Glenwood

Duration: 9-week blocks, available across all four school terms

Ages: JDL & Youth (U9–U18)

Times: 5pm to 6pm, 6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm (Allocated based on age groups)

Cost: $300 per goalkeeper

What Players Will Learn 

Goalkeepers will develop key skills across all major areas, including:

-Middle-third shot-stopping
-Collapses and extension saves
-Handling 1v1 situations
-Managing crosses and cutbacks
-Distribution and playing out from the back

This program equips young goalkeepers with the tools, techniques, and confidence needed to perform at their best each weekend while supporting long-term development.
