Step 1: Laws of the Game & Junior Match Official Package

LAWS OF THE GAME & JUNIOR FOOTBALL MATCH OFFICIAL PACKAGE

This online training package provides you with a basic introduction to the Laws of the Game and their interpretations.

This course is primarily aimed at those who are wanting to become a referee. After completing the course participants will receive a certificate which will allow them to continue on the refereeing pathway and attend the Football Australia Level 4 Referee course.

It is important to note that the Laws of the Game & Junior Football Match Official package is the entry point for all referees (regardless of age) wanting to officiate in NSW and is a prerequisite to attending the in-person Junior Football Match Official course with your referee branch. You will only receive your full Junior Football Match Official qualification once you complete the online Laws of the Game & Junior Football Match Official package and the in person Junior Football Match Official course.

To register for an in-person course, please contact your referee branch (hyperlink to branch directory) or search for a course local to you by logging into https://learn.footballaustralia.com.au/ and navigating to the Training Event Tab.

LAWS OF THE GAME & JUNIOR FOOTBALL MATCH OFFICIAL PACKAGE

Step 1: Head here https://rego.prd.letsplayfootball.au/participant/product-details/66163772 and register as a referee to the free learner package.
Step 2: Once you have completed your registration, you will be sent an email to say your  registration has been approved.
Step 3: Within 4 days, you will be able to log into https://learn.footballaustralia.com.au/ via the “Football Account” option.

It is advised that each participant registers to the Learner package with their own email.

Once you’re logged in, click ‘Training Library’ on the left hand side and then select ‘View Courses’ under Referee Community:

Then click to enrol in the Laws of the Game modules:

The course will then show up in your ‘My Training’ section.

Step 1: Head to https://learn.footballaustralia.com.au/
Step 2: Select ‘If you are a Football Australia Learner, click here to login.’
Step 3: You will be redirected to PlayFootball, where you will be able to login with your PlayFootball username and password
If you’re unable to login, or receive an error, please try and follow the process under ‘how do I access the free Laws of the Game modules if I’m new to refereeing or want to become a referee?’
Once you’re logged in, click ‘Training Library’ on the left hand side and then select ‘View Courses’ under Referee Community:

The course will then show up in your ‘My Training’ section.

If you are unable to access your account after registering to the free package here https://rego.prd.letsplayfootball.au/participant/product-details/66163772 please email learningcentre@footballaustralia.com.au

You can find your completed Laws of the Game & Junior Football Match Official package certificate by logging into the etrainu system at  learn.footballaustralia.com.au. Once you have logged in, head to your Skills Passport to download your certificate.

 

If you have logged in and can not see your affiliated completed records, please email learningcentre@footballaustralia.com.au with your qualification name and the month and year you completed the course.

You can log into https://learn.footballaustralia.com.au and complete the free Laws of the Game course by navigating to Training Library and selecting Laws of the Game.
