DAVID GOODMAN ANNOUNCES HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE BOARD OF FOOTBALL NSW

After five years as a Board Member of Football NSW David Goodman has announced his retirement from the position. 
With the announcement being made so close to the Annual General Meeting which is to be held on the 15th of December, the Board have decided not to fill the casual vacancy. 
Having been a Board Member of the NSW Amateur Soccer Federation, David Goodman became a  Board Member of Football NSW in 2002 upon unification.  
Goodman is a Life member of Football NSW and the Shoalhaven District Football Association, where he was President for three years and a club coach of Ilaroo. 
A Football NSW State Award winner in 1999, Goodman also spent three years as Vice President of the Southern Branch. 
“I have been very appreciative of David’s advice and committment to the work of Football NSW and of the Amateurs before that,” said FNSW President Jim Forrest today. 

“We as the Board of Football NSW would like to thank David Goodman for his years of service and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
