The tournament will feature Boys Under 13 and Under 14, and Girls Under 14 and Under 15 competitions, with participation restricted to grassroots or community club-registered players representing their local Association. 

The three-day tournament will also include referee coaching sessions, coach education workshops, and player talent identification programs, with match officials sourced from local branches to further strengthen community development pathways. 

The inaugural event is set to become a key fixture on the New South Wales grassroots football calendar, showcasing the next generation of talent from across the state.
