Sydney FC wishes juniors luck as players hit the clubs
The majority of association competitions started last weekend (Saturday 5 April) all over Sydney and surrounding areas.
With more than 100,000 junior players representing over 600 clubs, football in Sydney and all over New South Wales continues to grow.
Sydney FC wishes all teams good luck and congratulates Football NSW on the continued growth of The World Game.
To help celebrate the start of the 2008 junior season, Sydney FC players will spend two weeks attending junior clubs all over Sydney from April 14-27 before the team starts pre season training on April 28.
Players will be attending junior training sessions and junior matches at almost 100 clubs all over Sydney and the surroundings areas.
Young players at Blacktown received an early taste of what to expect over the next few weeks when Sydney FC stars Terry McFlynn and Alex Brosque attended a Small Sided Games launch at Francis Park, Blacktown.
