Sydney Cedars made it two wins from two, with a good 2-0 away victory against Colo Colo Wanderers. Elkerhani (65?) and Fayad (72?), his second in successive games, scored the goals to give the Cedars maximum points for the season thus far.
Hakoah went top of the table on goal difference as they took Fairfield Bulls apart at E.S.Marks Field, winning by the remarkable scoreline of 13-0. The chief destroyers were Mundell, who helped himself to four goals, whilst Rimmer and Pozniak also grabbed hatricks. Blotch, Martin and Pillemer scored the other goals for the home side, who were 4-0 up after 10  minutes and never looked back.
White City are the third team with maximum points from two games, trouncing Camden Tigers by 5 goals to 1. Kabbara scored a brace in the 21st and 83rd minutes, whilst Landrelli, Youkhana and Alavanja got the other goals for the home side. Matayalo scored the consolation goal for the Tigers in their first game of 2008.
Lilli Pilli made up for their opening round loss last week with a 3-0 home win against Greeenisland SFC at Seymour Shaw Park on Saturday night, with Beare, Karim and Babington the goalscorers for the home side.
