Fairfield Bulls scored a late goal to grab their first point of the 2008 season in a 1-1 draw against Gazy Lansvale. Burnic put Gazy in front as early as the 8th minute, only for Mirad to grab the all important equalizer on 80 minutes for a share of the points.
White City continued their great start to 2008 with their fourth win in as many matches, beating Lilli Pilli 3-0 at the Calabria Sports Ground. Alavanja put them in front in just the 3rd minute, before Kabbara doubled the score just four minutes later. The big striker scored his second on 26 minutes to round off the scoring for the victors.
Camden Tigers beat Colo Colo Wanderers 3-0 at Ron Dine Reserve, with goals from Green (4?), Smutek (54?) and Bazdaric (68?), putting the Tigers up to fourth on the competition ladder on 7 points.
Sydney Cedars made it three wins from three starts, by coming from 0-2 down at half time, to beat Greenisland SFC, 4-2, away at Knight Park.
Bottom of the table Greenisland thought they were on their way to gaining their first points of the season, when goals by Elveren (32?) and Konak (36?) put them 2-0 up at the break. But the Cedars came out breathing fire in the second half, with a goal in the 55th minute by Elkerhan,  followed by an own goal three minutes later, restoring parity.
Tahan put the Cedars in front on 73 minutes, and Fayad finished off the scoring three minutes from time for a 4-2 win.
