Gumprecht makes the switch to Bankstown City

The 33-year-old German born star played a prominent role with the Mariners during season one and two but things didn?t go as planned last year.
Having played for the likes of German Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen and Italian side Lecce to name a few, Gumprecht?s presence in Bankstown?s midfield will surely boost the club?s fortunes in more ways than one.
Hoping to still be part of the A-League, Gumprecht will be using Bankstown City as a possible stepping stone in securing himself a deal in Australia?s top tier competition.
His hardworking efforts in the middle of the park will lift Bankstown City and it?s push towards hopefully securing a finals series birth at the end of the season.
