There are still a few matches to be caught up and that will give us a much clearer picture of what is happening.
Club Championship
Blacktown Spartans are still holding down the number one spot on the table with a lead of four points thanks to the six points they earned from their clash with Sydney University who took nine from the day and then added four more on Sunday in Round 4 catch up action against Hurstville City Minotaurs. The Minotaurs had taken five points from Fraser Park on Saturday and their share of Sunday?s spoils was seven points but they still fell back from fourth to fifth while Fraser Park found that their dividend of eight points on Saturday and another eight points from Sunday?s Round 5 encounter with eleventh placed Hakoah was enough to help them to soar from seventh to fourth.
Camden Tigers remained at third after they grabbed ten points from Saturday?s meeting with tenth placed Stanmore Hawks and then added eight points from their Round 4 catch up matches with Gladesville Ryde Magic who had bagged thirteen points from their visit to eighth placed Springwood on Saturday.
