Still chasing its first win after games against state Premier League sides Blacktown City and Sutherland, the Hyundai A-League team will make the trip to the Northern Beaches to take on Manly United on Wednesday.
With new recruits, Mark Bridge and Stuart Musialik away preparing for the Olympic Games, and Brendon Santalab and Michael Enfield sidelined by injury, John Kosmina will have limited troops at his disposal, but Sydney?s coach is confident his team can keep building on the good work done in its first two trials.
?I?m happy with the way we?ve been moving the ball around and we?re starting to form some handy combinations, I think we?re in good shape with just over a month remaining to the start of the season.?
Sydney FC have bought across a player from Manly United being young promising prospect Chris Payne for the new season.
Wednesday night?s match is expected to draw a large crowd to Manly?s home ground, Cromer Park.
Kick-off is at 7:00pm, with adult entry $5 and kids under 16 admitted free.
