Circulars announced for season 2009 for all Football NSW Competitions

The TeleChoice Premier League will see one new face in Super League Premiers Bonnyrigg White Eagles join the ranks while Penrith Nepean United have completed the 12-team competition.
In the Super League, the Macarthur Rams and GHFA Spirit FC are the new faces of that respective competition.
