Sydney United hunting for more titles in 2010

The former Socceroos and Sydney FC striker replaces former coach Ante Milicic who has moved to Melbourne and will be joint assistant coach at new A-League club Melbourne Heart.
Former APIA Leichhardt Tigers player Shane Lyons, ex-Sydney Olympic captain Peter Zorbas, former Sydney Olympic defender Michael Cindric and ex-Marconi Stallions youngster Sean Mitchell have all joined the Reds for the new season.
Lyons was a regular member of the Tigers squad in 2009 but injuries hindered the high flyers campaign. Zorbas was also a regular as was team-mate Cindric at Sydney Olympic while Mitchell was gradually gaining match time at Marconi but has come to the Reds for more of a chance to win a starting eleven position.
The likes of players such as Ivo Bosnar, Mitchell Thompson, Vedran Janjetovic, Elsid Barkhousir, Ricky Perinich, Roger Galayini, Peter Markovic, Luka Glavas, Todd Brodie and Daniel Rezo have all agreed to new deals with United for 2010.
The message has been put out that Sydney United are on the lookout for more titles to add to its trophy cabinet at Edensor Park and after agreeing to terms with the majority of their 2009 Premiership winning squad, the odds look in favour of the former NSL side capturing glory yet again.
