Vale – George Streeter
George was a valued member of Club Marconi since 1985.
During this time, George was the Ground Announcer for our NSL games for some 15 years, until he retired.
George was a dedicated football lover that volunteered his time, supported and sponsored football activities in particular Women?s football in their early days from mid 1990?s onwards at our Club.
The Marconi Stallions FC will observe a moment of silence at this Saturday?s Men?s NSW Premier League Home match against A.P.I.A.-Leichhardt Tigers and the Girl?s and Women?s first competition match on Sunday.
Black arm bands will be worn as a sign of respect for George?s valuable contribution over the years.
