NSW Girls Enjoy Success at National Junior Championships
The State teams that represented Football NSW enjoyed great success with the NSW Metro 1 & 2 teams securing first place in their respective groups.
Both Metro Girls squads were awarded team of the tournament by the F.F.A Technical committee, headed by Han Berger.
Thus receiving 5 bonus points for playing the best style of football with the new 1-4-3-3 formation being introduced.
Nadine Shiels ? Coach of NSW Metro 1
Ben Wright ? Coach of NSW Metro 2
NSW Country squad who played great throughout the tournament and finished 3rd in their group did very well. NSW Country did extremely well with the new structure of 1-4-3-3 and were thus given 3 bonus points.
