With eight games to be played today before the quarter finals begin in Group A we see Canterbury sitting on 9 points with St George and Gladesville, who both have a game to play tomorrow morning sitting on 6 points each.  This group may very well come down to for and against to decide which two sides go through to the Quarter Finals.
In Group B we see Manly already on 10 points with a Quarter Finals spot secured while Bankstown (6 points) and Eastern Suburbs (7 points) face each other in the morning to battle it out for the other spot.
Group C has Sutherland on 9 points after 4 games and Granville are also on 9 but yet have to play Nepean today, both Granville and Sutherland are already guaranteed a spot in the Quarter Finals.
Group D sees Blacktown leading their group and sitting comfortably on 9 points with a game today against local side Balgownie who are very proudly sitting on 5 points after a win and 2 draws. This is an extremely close group with several teams still a chance to take the second spot. Southern NSW have 4 points and a game to play and are still in contention for the 2nd position in Group D.
