Now in its fourth year, Football4All is a Football NSW initiative that was introduced in 2009, aiming at giving people with a disability or special need an avenue to enjoy ?the world game ? with family and friends.
Football NSW CEO Eddie Moore was delighted with the NOVA Employment partnership, a company who have had a proven record of success and meaningful career development for people with a disability.
?The partnership with NOVA Employment and Football NSW in conjunction with our Football4All Gala Day provides a great opportunity for football.
?The Gala Day itself provides players with a wonderful day of football with family and friends in a carnival like atmosphere in a non-competitive fun environment.
?In 2011, there were 12 individual Football4All club programs operating within Football NSW offering the opportunity for players to enjoy participation in a fun, safe and less competitive football environment.
?The 2011 Football4All Gala Day involved 220 participants from our programs and various organistations across NSW as well as invited teams from Special Olympics, Illawarra Disability Trust, Sport4All and Just for Kids in Victoria.
?With NOVA Employment?s support, it certainly consolidates the importance of being able to facilitate football enthusiasts with special needs as our game is for everyone.?
While NOVA Employment CEO Martin Wren was equally pleased to have reached an agreement with the NSW state?s governing body for football.
?Everybody knows the greatest game in the world?s played with a round ball and at NOVA we want as many people who have a disability as possible to be given the opportunity to participate in the fabulous community and family day out that is Football4All.

?As a community organisation NOVA Employment is proud to be named as principal sponsors of the 2012 Football4All. We are looking forward to a long association with this event and Football NSW.

?NOVA Employment are excited to be offered the opportunity to partner with Football NSW as major sponsors of the 2012 Football4all competition. We are encouraging as many people as possible to attend and look forward to a great day out supporting young people who have a disability to fully participate in the greatest game of all.?
