The striker has scored 8 goals in 10 appearances since his move and he is very pleased with the way he has adjusted from the Illawarra Premier League to the NSW Premier League.
?I felt like I was getting a bit stale at Tarrawanna,? he said.
?It was time for a change and time to challenge myself.
?I?m enjoying my football again and that?s half the battle, sometimes,? Zucco said.
South Coast Wolves finished in fourth place, five points clear of their weekend opponents, Blacktown City. It is the latter however, who are in the better form.
?We?re not in the best of form,? Zucco said.
?We got back to winning ways last week though and in finals football, form means nothing.
?Going into knock out football, anyone is a chance.
?We?ve been training at John Crehan Park all week to get used to the pitch and we know that if you show up on the day, you?re a chance,? he said.
Key to South Coast Wolves? chances is the form of Zucco, who has proven deadly in front of goal since his arrival.
?It?s more to do with the blokes I?m playing with,? he said.
?It?s different in the State League.
?There are players with a bit more knowledge of the game.
? My team-mates have worked hard to create the chances and I?ve just been in the right place at the right time,? he said.
As well as Zucco, South Coast have quality in key areas of the pitch and Zucco knows that these particular players can make all the difference in a tight game.
?Our goalkeeper Daniel Collison has played a big part,? he said.
?Jacob Timpano as well. If they?re both on song then we?re a great chance of keeping a clean sheet.
?Finally, Sasho Petrovski?s experience can do damage.
?He can be having a quiet day but with that experience he knows that he can spark something so quickly and completely change a game,? Zucco said.
There would be no better time to change a game than during tomorrow?s Elimination Final at John Crehan Park.
