What a week it has been with a few catch-up matches being played and the terrific weekend weather giving us the opportunity to play the full round of fixtures but that produced a number of changes to the appearance of the competition tables.
 
Super IGA NSW National Premier League Men’s 2 – Overview (G12-G18)
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day with the Wanderers claiming ten points from the day thanks to wins in the 13s, 16s and 18s and a draw in the 14s.
Fraser Park must have been delighted with the sixteen points they claimed from their visit to Bankstown City Lions while Mt Druitt Town Rangers did very well indeed to grab thirteen points from their trip to Sydney University.
Mounties Wanderers claimed thirteen points when they hosted Northern Tigers and Spirit FC earned ten points from their visit to St George.
Bankstown Berries and Hills Brumbies shared the spoils with nine points going to each club while Macarthur Rams and Parramatta FC took eight points apiece from their clash.

Club Championship (G12 – G15)
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day and that resulted in the Brumbies taking seven points from the encounter.
Sydney University started the day as the leaders on this table and they were only a point ahead of second placed Mt Druitt Town Rangers so the stage was set for a day of drama in which both clubs knew that they had to be at their very best. Interestingly, both clubs had taken the majority of points from each of their last five competitive days this season. When the Rangers bagged seven points from the four matches they took the lead on this table and pushed Uni back to second place.
Spirit FC arrived at this round in third position and they were up against ninth placed St George. The clubs took six points each from the matches and that was enough to allow Spirit to remain at third and the Saints to stay at ninth.
Mounties Wanderers were in seventh place on this table before a ball was kicked on the day and they faced eighth placed Northern Tigers. The Wanderers claimed nine points from the day to keep both clubs exactly where they were on the table. 
Placed fourth at the beginning of the day, Bankstown Berries hosted fifth placed Hills Brumbies with both clubs knowing that there was only a single point deciding their positions of the table. when the clubs split the points available on the day at six apiece they held onto their places on the table.
Fraser Park came into this round in eighth place and they met twelfth placed Bankstown City Lions. When Fraser Park took ten points from the matches they moved to sixth and the Lions remained at the foot of the table.
Macarthur Rams were in tenth position when the first game of the day kicked off and their opponents were eleventh placed Parramatta FC. When the dust settled the Rams had claimed seven points but it left both clubs where they were on the table.
 
Super IGA NSW National Premier League Men’s 2 – Grade 12
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day with the Hills edging out the Wanderers with a 1-0 scoreline thanks to a goal from Indie Mahendran.
In catch-up action from Round 3 St George accounted for Bankstown City Lions with a 6-0 scoreline. With the goals coming from B. Panagiotakis (2), Z. Lorusso, D. Goni, H. Jomaa and D. Ellis.
 
Round 6
Hills Brumbies came into this round as the competition frontrunners and they had an unblemished record of five wins from as many matches while Bankstown Berries were in ninth position with a win and a draw to show for their five games. When the Brumbies produced a 3-1 victory it was enough to keep them at the top of the ladder while the Berries remained at ninth.
Sydney University had won four of their previous five games and they started this match in second spot while Mt Druitt Town Rangers were two points further back in third place after they had registered three wins and a draw from five outings. Uni held onto second place when they were 1-0 winners and that result pushed the Rangers back to fourth.
Northern Tigers kicked off this week’s match in fourth position and they had three wins and a draw to their credit from five games while Mounties Wanderers were in tenth place with a win and a draw coming from their five games. The Tigers climbed to third with a 2-0 success this week and the Wanderers are still placed tenth. The goals in that game came from Harry Gleeson and Jayden Ford.
Spirit FC were in fifth place at kick-off time and they had posted two wins and a draw from the four matches they had played while St George were in seventh spot with a win and two draws coming from their four previous outings. When Spirit claimed the points with a 2-0 result they stayed at fifth and the Saints are still seventh. The goals were scored by E. Raymen and J. Murray.
Fraser Park began the day in sixth spot after they had recorded two wind from four game and Bankstown City Lions were in eleventh place, yet to open there account after three matches. Fraser Park came up with a 4-0 result to remain at sixth and the Lions have slipped back to twelfth.
When the first whistle blew Macarthur Rams were in eighth position with a win and a draw to show for their four matches and Parramatta FC twelfth and yet to open their account for this campaign after five games. The Rams scored through R. Duezaa and A. Farkas to post a 2-1 success over Parramatta whose goal came from M. Pel.

In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day the Wanderers claimed the points when they were 2-0 winners. The goals were scored by Antonio Perra and Zachery Douglas.
In catch-up action from Round 3 St George and Bankstown City battled out a scoreless draw.
 
Round 6
Unbeaten Sydney University were leading the way on the competition table at kick-off time with four wins and a draw coming from their five matches and Mt Druitt Town Rangers were in third place after they had recorded three wins from five games. When this match ended in a 2-2 draw, Uni slipped back to second place and the Rangers dropped back to fourth. 
Bankstown Berries arrived at this match in second spot after they had produced four wins from five games while Hills Brumbies were in ninth place with one win from five outings. The Berries claimed the top spot on the ladder with a solid 5-0 victory and that has forced the Brumbies back to eleventh position.
Mounties Wanderers started the day in fourth position and they had won three of their five games while Northern Tigers were seventh with a record of two wins from five matches. The Wanderers came up with a 2-1 win and that has helped them to climb to third while the Tigers have dropped to ninth. Jason Bain and Adrian Ferreira found the net for the Wanderers while J. Cairelli scored for the Tigers.
Before a ball was kicked Parramatta FC were placed fifth on the table after they had registered three wins from five matches and Macarthur Rams were two points further back at sixth with two wins and a draw coming from their four games. Parramatta dropped to seventh when they suffered a 3-1 loss to the Rams who have risen to fifth. The goals for the Rams were scored by J. Starr (2) and J. Ashe while Y. Takahashi netted for Parramatta.
St George were eighth when this game started and they had claimed two wins from four games while Spirit FC were tenth with one win from four matches. The Saints took the points with a 2-1 win thanks a double strike from T. Coolentianos while Spirit’s goal came from R. Frank. The Saints have moved up to sixth and Spirit have remained at tenth.
Fraser Park came into this game in eleventh place with one victory from four attempts and Bankstown City Lions were twelfth and they were yet to open their account for this season after playing only three games. Fraser Park scooted up to eight when they came up with a 1-0 win, leaving the Lions at the foot of the table.
 
Super IGA NSW National Premier League Men’s 2 – Grade 14
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day with the match ending in a 1-1 draw. The goal for the Wanderers came from Thomas Heeps while D. Thomas scored for the Brumbies.
In catch-up action from Round 3 St George suffered a 3-0 loss to Bankstown City thanks to goals from A. Vatandoust, J. Mazevski and M. Edmunds.
 
Round 6
Mt Druitt Town Rangers began the day as the competition leaders and they were unbeaten with a record of four wins and a draw from five matches while Sydney University were fourth thanks to their tally of two wins and two draws from five games. The Rangers maintained the lead with a strong 4-1 victory and that has pushed Uni back to fifth place.
Spirit FC came into this round in second spot with an unblemished record of four wins from as many games and St George were placed tenth after they had posted one win from four matches. Spirit have hung onto second place despite suffering a 2-1 loss to the Saints who have remained at tenth. The goals for the Saints came from C. Bartier and S. Ali while N. Vatandoust netted for Spirit.
Placed third at kick-off time, Mounties Wanderers had two wins and two draws to show for their five games and sixth placed Northern Tigers had registered two wins and a draw from their five outings. When the Wanderers recorded a 2-1 win they remained at third and forced the Tigers back to eighth. Scoring the goals for the wanderers were Jerome Mohammed and Kevin De Moraes with the goal for the Tigers coming from N. Lozada.
Bankstown Berries started this week’s match in fifth place with two wins and a draw to their credit from five games while Hills Brumbies were eighth thanks to a win and two draws from five matches. The Berries dropped to seventh when they were beaten 2-1 by the Brumbies who are now sixth.
Fraser Park were placed seventh at kick-off time with a win and two draws to show for their four games and Bankstown City Lions were ninth and they had posted a win and a draw from only three matches. When this match ended in a 1-1 draw the Lions added the point to those gained from the catch-up match to scoot up to fourth while Fraser Park dropped to ninth. Scoring for the Lions was J. Kemp and Fraser Park’s goal was netted by A. Small.
Parramatta FC arrived at this game in eleventh place with a single draw coming from five games while Macarthur Rams were right behind them at twelfth and goal difference after they had recorded one draw from four games. The teams remained where they were on the table after Parramatta came up with a 2-1 result thanks to goals from H. Bartlett and Y. Mashallah and the Rams goal was scored by H. Al-Taay.
 
Super IGA NSW National Premier League Men’s 2 – Grade 15
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day and the points went to the Brumbies when they were 2-0 winners. Scoring for the winners were David Curry and Jayden Messel.
In catch-up action from Round 3 St George edged out Bankstown City with a 3-2 scoreline. The goals for the Saints were scored by S. Mehmet, J. Iranovski and J. Alvarez while S. Ivanov and M. Paz netted for the Lions.
 
Round 6
Mt Druitt Town Rangers and Sydney University arrived at this match with unblemished records with the Rangers holding the top spot on the table due to a superior goal difference. When the Rangers were 2-1 winners they were able to maintain their place at the top of the table while Uni are in second place.
Spirit FC kicked off this match in third place after they had posted three wins from their four matches while St George were in ninth place with one win coming from their four games. Spirit slipped back to fourth despite posting a 3-2 win this week. Their goals came from D. Bounpraseuth, L. Wilson and M. Duguid while A. Pavey-Schanberg and J. Icanovski scored for the Saints who have moved up to seventh thanks to their catch-up game.
Before a ball was kicked Fraser Park were in fourth position thanks to their three wins from four games and Bankstown City Lions were eleventh with a draw to show for their three matches. Fraser Park moved up to third thanks to their solid 4-1 success this week and the Lions have slipped back to twelfth.

The Berries remained at fifth after they claimed the points with a 2-1 win, leaving the Brumbies at sixth 
Northern Tigers were in seventh position at kick-off time with two wins coming from their five games and Mounties Wanderers were tenth with one victory to show for their five outings. The Tigers fell back to ninth when they went down 3-2 and the Wanderers moved up to eighth. The Wanderers’ goals came from Fikret Berisha, Phillip Phongsa and Jake Marshall while Samuel Malone and Kysta Miyauchi netted for the Tigers.
Placed eighth when this game started, Parramatta FC had recorded a win and a draw from five matches and twelfth placed Macarthur Rams had only a draw to show for their five games. When this match ended in a 2-2 draw Parramatta dropped to tenth and the Rams rose to eleventh. The goals for Parramatta were scored by S. Ismaeel . Hasan and S. Duric while K. Bates and T. Cheung found the net for the Rams.
 
Super IGA NSW National Premier League Men’s 2 – Grade 16
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day and the Wanderers claimed the points with a 3-1 scoreline. Scoring the goals for the Mounties were Andrew Cotton, Cody Franich and Leyton Hinton.
In catch-up action from Round 3 St George produced a 3-1 victory over Bankstown City.
 
Round 6
Parramatta FC came into this match as the competition frontrunners and they wee unbeaten with four wins and a draw to show for their five matches while Macarthur Rams were seventh and they had produced two wins and a draw from four games. When Parramatta were held to a 2-2 draw they were able to retain the top spot on the table but the Rams have slipped back to ninth. The goals for Parramatta came from M. Hossaini and J. Taunton while G. Autard and A. Matijasevic scored for the Rams.
Bankstown Berries had posted three wins and a draw from five matches to be placed second at kick-off time and Hills Brumbies were placed tenth after they had come up with one win from five games. The Berries suffered a 2-1 loss this week and they have slipped back to fourth as a result while the Brumbies are still tenth.
Northern Tigers were placed third at kick-off time with two wins and two draws coming from five games while Mounties Wanderers were fifth and they also had two wins and two draws from five matches on their record. This time the Wanderers came up with a 2-0 win thanks to strikes from Leyton Hinton and Rajeh Awad. They have climbed into second spot while the Tgers have crashed back to seventh.
Sydney University were in fourth position at the start of play thanks to the two wins and two draws they had taken from five matches and Mt Druitt Town Rangers were sixth after they had registered two wins and a draw from five games. Dropped back to eighth and the Rangers moved up to third with a 3-1 win.
Placed eighth when this week’s game commenced, St George had claimed two wins from four matches while Spirit FC were ninth with a win and two draws to show for their four outings. On this occasion Spirit took the points with a 3-1 result thanks to goals from R. Morello and c. Sheehan while E. Hemzal netted for the Saints. That has placed Spirit at sixth and the Saints, who picked up points in the catch-up match, are now fifth.
Bankstown City Lions arrived at this match in eleventh place and they had yet to earn their first points from three matches in this campaign while Fraser Park were twelfth and they were also without points after playing four games. Fraser Park collected the points with a 2-0 result and the teams have swapped places on the table.
 
Super IGA NSW National Premier League Men’s 2 – Grade 18
In catch-up action from Round 5, Mounties Wanderers met Hills Brumbies on ANZAC Day and the Wanderers shaded the Brumbies when the match finished at 1-0.
In catch-up action from Round 3 St George accounted for Bankstown City with a 5-1 scoreline.
 
Round 6
Mt Druitt Town Rangers began the day as unbeaten competition leaders with four wins and a draw coming from their five matches while Sydney University were in third place after they had won four of their five games. The Rangers continued their run of success with a 4-1 result to stay at the top of the table while Uni have remained at third.
Mounties Wanderers were sitting in second spot before a ball was kicked four victories from five games while Northern Tigers were in seventh spot after they had recorded two wins from five matches. This week the teams battled out a 1-1 draw with Benjamin Gray netting for the Wanderers and A. Lagana scoring for the Tigers. Both teams stayed where they were on the table.
Bankstown Berries arrived at this match in fourth place and they had taken two wins and two draws from their five matches while Hills Brumbies were sixth with two wins and a draw coming from five games. Thanks to a 3-0 victory the Berries retained fourth position and the Brumbies fell back to ninth.
