NNSWF Announces Referee Exchange Partnership with Football NSW

Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) is partnering with Football NSW (FNSW) to provide development opportunities for current and potential Football Federation Australia (FFA) Talent Pool Members identified to officiate Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League and National Youth League fixtures.

NNSWF has entered into an agreement with FNSW to implement a match official exchange program which will see a number of NBN State League officials exchange fixtures with their counterparts from FNSW.
The initiative will see FNSW Match Officials officiate NBN State League fixtures, with NBN State League Match Officials officiating FNSW Premier League fixtures.
The NBN State League Match Officials selected to participate in the exchange program are James Cleal, Tanya de Boer, Ryan Gallagher, Adam Gehrig, Byron Jaye, Tim McGilchrist and Glen Peterkin.
NNSWF Operations Manager, Alan Nisbet, is pleased to be partnering with a fellow State Federation to provide development opportunities for upcoming referees within both States.
“This is a fantastic program for all involved, not only will NNSWF and FNSW referees be presented with a chance to develop their officiating skills to further their careers in football, but also both the NBN State League and FNSW Premier League standards will be strengthened through this partnership,” said Nisbet.
This partnership will commence on Saturday 11th May and continue for a period of four weeks across various NBN State League fixtures and FNSW Premier League fixtures.
