With the Waratah Cup Final being played over the weekend, there was an opportunity to catch up on the three matches in the IGA NPL NSW Grade 20s competition.
Rd 15: Rockdale City Suns 0-0 Blacktown Spartans, at Ilinden Sports Centre
Rockdale City Suns and Blacktown Spartans played out an uninspiring stalemate on Saturday evening.
Although the Suns were the better side in the first half, they were unable to find a goal, leading to a share of the points.
Rd 6: Central Coast Mariners Academy 2-1 Sydney United 58 FC, at Pluim Park
CCM Academy secured an excellent win over a disappointing Sydney United 58 FC, in the first of their two weekend fixtures.
Rd 16: Blacktown City FC 4-2 Central Coast Mariners Academy, at Lily Homes Stadium
The Mariners Academy were not able to back up that performance on Sunday afternoon however, as they went down 4-2 to a ruthless Blacktown City at Lily Homes Stadium.
Peter Pelekanos, Dolor Edosomwan, Andre Schroeder and Alex Arbello all scored for the home side.
