The Football NSW Regional Youth League competition will embark in its second exciting year after the competition was announced in 2013 with kick off set for Sunday 30th March at Goulburn when the Southern Branch take on Western NSW in the season opener.

2014 has seen an increase in teams with Hawkesbury City, Gladesville Ryde Magic, Camden Tigers, Eastern Suburbs Football Association, Northern Suburbs Football Association, Riverina Rhinos and the Bankstown District Amateur Football Association all taking part as the new squads for the new year.

Clubs returning to the competition include Granville Rage, Nepean Association, Northbridge FC, Inter Lions FC, Football South Coast, Southern Branch, Western NSW Mariners, Southern Districts Football Association, St George Football Association and the Sutherland Shire Football Association.

The Regional Youth League competition allows for Association based players to experience representative football on an ongoing basis from the U12 to U15 age groups and provides opportunities for players who aspire to playing at a higher level, such as National Premier Leagues competition.

Players register with their association based clubs and then register with a Regional League club and play fortnightly in the Regional League competition (Western NSW & Southern Branch participate in the Regional Youth League on a full time basis).

Various clubs are still seeking interested players across the various age groups.

If you are interested, please see the club contacts here.
