Attention Females: Coaching and Referee courses NOW OPEN
Football NSW is proud to announce the 2014 Female Football Week which is set to commence on the 3rd of May where Coaching and Refereeing courses amongst other events will be available for interested female participants.
Football NSW would like to provide a Skill Training Certificate (Skill Acquisition Phase).
This certificate will be held across two days, Saturday 3rd May and Saturday 10th May at Valentine Sports Park.
There are currently 16 spots available and the course will be free of charge on behalf of Football NSW promoting Female Football Week.
The course is conducted over 14 hours, is fully practical and deals with the development of the 4 Functional Game Skills:
· First Touch
· Striking the Ball
· Running with the Ball
· 1 v 1

Football NSW would also like to offer a Level 4 Refereeing course to be held on the 10th May, at Valentine Sports Park.
This training program is aimed at match officials officiating in junior and youth matches.
The program consists of theory modules, practical sessions and practical mentoring in matches as a referee and assistant referee.
Upon completion of all components referees will be officially qualified as a Level 4 Referee.
The qualification is valid for a period of up to 4 years.
