Wagga Wagga announces Football4All program

Football4All-51

The busy regional city of Wagga Wagga has announced its support behind Football4All by launching a special needs football program on Saturday the 26th of April at the Duke of Kent Oval.

This wonderful program aims to provide an opportunity for individuals in the region of Wagga Wagga who have a physical, intellectual or developmental disability to participate in the world game.

Football4all Wagga Wagga’s Michael Standley was ecstatic about this exciting new initiative being undertaken in spreading the word of football to all participants.

“I would like to take this opportunity of acknowledging the fantastic assistance received from the following organisations to get Football4All started; Football NSW, Football Wagga Wagga as well as the Wagga United Football Club.”

Football NSW Communities Officer Robert Fitzgerald equally was delighted with the news and praised the region’s efforts on promoting the Football4All program.

“It is fantastic to see the community spirit of the Wagga Wagga footballing community.

“With individuals like Michael Standley and Ian Hardinge championing the cause, Wagga Wagga Football4All will no doubt be a major success in the area.”
