Some great match-ups shape round five Premier League as Inner West host Campbelltown, Enfield meet Dural, UTS Northside welcome Mountain Majik, and Mascot play Phoenix.

Inner West Magic have it all to do against Campbelltown Quake at Valentine Sports Park. Magic have endured two draws and an inexplicable home loss home to newcomers UTS last week to be five points off the pace four rounds in. Quake are one point off top spot and anticipating another step up the ladder as the two leaders clash this weekend. Plus they’ve won their past three meetings – and then there’s Campbelltown’s 4-0 whitewash of Inner West to claim the 2009/10 premier league trophy – Wow!

It’s the clash of the season as titans Enfield Rovers and Dural Warriors face-off at Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre. Enfield lead the way on goal-difference, and they are on a red-hot run of six unbeaten premier league games with everyone in fine form (25 goals, nine more than nearest UTS). Dural are Dural, so they’ll be up for the challenge, and they’ve won six of their last nine meetings – including a 6-3 grand final win in 2011/12. Enfield’s only win since 2009 was a 5-4 win at All Saints Grammar.

Eyebrow-raisers UTS Northside face Mountain Majik in a delicious match-up at Sydney Academy of Sport & Recreation. UTS have made a solid statement for themselves in their debut premier league season and dusted Inner West on their home turf last weekend to place fourth on the table. Majik have found the going a little tougher and are one of several chasers in desperate need for a win this weekend.

Mascot Vipers host Phoenix Futsal Club at All Sorts Indoor Sports Centre and both sides could use the win. Vipers are developing well with a breakthrough win two weeks ago, but Phoenix sit at the bottom of the table and equal with Sydney City’s 16 league games without a win. They’re one short of City’s 11 straight defeats, level with City’s eight winless away games and one off Mascot’s seven straight away losses. It was 2-2 last time they met and Phoenix will reminisce a 4-3 debut win over Vipers.
