Uzbekistan trains at Ilinden Sports Centre

The Uzbekistan National Team has held its first training session on Australian soil on Sunday 4th January at  Ilinden Sports Centre, in preparation for their first match of the Asian Cup 2015 against Korea DPR on 10 January at Stadium Australia.

The team held a light session behind closed doors, following their arrival in Sydney earlier in the day.

The Uzbeks will be using the Ilinden Sports Centre as their training base prior to the commencement of the official training and match schedule.

The Rockdale City Suns FC are delighted to be hosting the Uzbeks as they finalise their preparations for their first Asian Cup 2015 match, and wish them the best of luck for the remainder of the tournament.

Please note that all Uzbekistan training sessions at Ilinden Sports Centre are closed to spectators.
