Coaching Expos in full swing

Football NSW in conjunction with the FFA have commenced its yearly Coaching Expos which are set to take shape across NSW in the next two months.
Having recently visited Macarthur, Central Coast, Northern Suburbs, Blacktown, St George and Eastern Suburbs, Football NSW Coaching Education Manager Oscar Gonzalez has been impressed with the number of future coaches in attendance so far.
“We’ve had 477 attendee’s from eight Expo’s so far this year.
“Parents account for about 98% of our audience and our Expo’s are usually very well received by both those taking part and Associations.”
The Grassroots Coaching Expo is aimed at addressing the rules of the game, stimulating coaches and parents to think about their behaviours, enjoying the game and developing a growth and mindset to coaching and teaching.
Those that attend the courses will continue to receive information and updates.
“They will be getting regular follow up from us via email and new Facebook feeds.”
The Coaching Expo will continue its tour throughout the rest of the month and April, visiting the Eastern Suburbs, North West Women’s, Nepean, Canterbury, Bankstown and Southern Districts Associations to name a few.
