Dr Duncan leads FFA Conditioning Course

Valentine Sports Park played host to a three day FFA Conditioning Course which concluded on Wednesday. 
15 keenly interested participants took part in the course which was presented by the vastly experienced FFA Head of Sports Science, Dr Craig Duncan.
Dr Duncan, who in 2014 won the Exercise and Sports Scientists Australia’s ‘Sports Scientist of the Year’ award, was a key figure in Ange Postecoglou’s backroom staff at the 2015 AFC Asian Cup. 
The recent Asian Cup success and experience with the Socceroos has been a much referenced example of the merit of planning for optimum physical performance amongst players in a team environment.
With Dr. Duncan’s great insight into the Hyundai A-League through his work with both Sydney FC and the Western Sydney Wanderers over past years, the course was specifically designed for Hyundai A-League Football Conditioning Coaches and Sport Science Degree holders.
