Football NSW has officially released the draws for the 2016 F-League Men’s and Women’s season.

In 2016 the Men’s Competition will feature eight (8) teams, while eight (8) teams will form the Women’s F-League Competition.

In 2015 there were nine (9) Men’s and seven (7) Women’s teams that competed from NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD and the hybrid home and away format continued.

In the Men’s Competition Vic Vipers were the 2015 Premiers, while East Coast Heat were crowned the Champions.

The Women’s Competition saw East Coast Heat take out the 2015 Premiership while Dural Warriors took out the Women’s Championship.

The F-League provides a pathway for elite futsal players, enabling them to pit their skills against the best players from other Member Federations in a club competition environment.

The Men’s F-League Competition has, and continues to be, Football Federation Australia’s identified program to select the nation’s qualifying team for the AFC Futsal Club Championships.
