Due to a vacant position in the upcoming Futsal Competition, Football NSW are re-opening the application process for entry into the 2016/17 Football NSW Futsal State League Competition.

Each applicant must field teams in nine age groups – 12 Boys, 13 Girls, 14 Boys, 15 Girls, 16 Boys, 17 Girls, Youth Men, Open Women, Open Men.

The deadline for applications to be submitted to Football NSW is Friday 15th July 2016 by 5:00pm.
