Marconi and Suzor part ways

A week out from the club’s Round of 32 Westfield FFA Cup match against Hume City has seen PlayStation 4 National Premier League Men’s 2 outfit Marconi Stallions part ways with coach Jeff Suzor.
It’s surfaced that the Marconi Stallions will no longer have Suzor as head coach of the club with the former NSL giants looking at giving Tony Candy the role days before their big clash against Victorian top tier side Hume City next Wednesday.
In what’s been labelled as an ironic circumstance, Hume City will also field a new man in charge as their long-time coach Lou Acevski and assistant Zoran Markovski have departed the club also.
The club’s Technical Director Dean Hennessey has taken over the first grade duties making next Wednesday’s Westfield FFA Cup Round of 32 clash that more interesting.
The match will be beamed live and exclusive on Fox Sports next Wednesday at 7:30pm as the two lock horns at the ABD Stadium in Broadmeadow.
