Warren Grieve appointed Manly United Technical Director
The board of Manly United FC (MUFC) are proud to announce the appointment of Mr Warren Grieve as the club’s new Technical Director.
Grieve boasts outstanding credentials in football and is a perfect fit for Manly United FC in progressing the club forward in all technical aspects of the code.
Chairman Keith Pester said Grieve’s background as the current Technical Director of Capital Football for the last four years and prior to that Senior Development Manager of elite youth in Western Australia makes him a perfect fit in all aspects of the FFA philosophy which he can pass on to coaches, players and support staff.
He is currently working through his AFC/FFA Pro Diploma course and is also a coach instructor on courses up to A level for the FFA.
Grieve will commence work on Monday, September 26.
The MUFC board also wishes to thank outgoing Youth League Technical Director Chris Gallo.
His input the past 12 months has been valued, but the board has elected to move in a different direction by having one Technical Director overseeing all divisions of the club rather than just the Boys Youth League.
