Football NSW teams as well as officials completed what was a fantastic week of elite football at Coffs Harbour as the 2016 FFA National Youth Championships concluded on Friday.

The 13 age group saw NSW Country crowned Group B winners while the NSW Metro Blue grabbed the tag of National Champions in what was an amazing week for both sides.

NSW Metro Blues’ Cristian Volpato took out the Player of the Championship while teammate Declan Price bagged the Goalkeeper of the Championship award.

Referee Hassan Jomaa was applauded for his officiating during the course of the week and was awarded the Referee of the Championships in the Under 13 category.

There was no stopping NSW in the 14 age group as NSW Metro White were crowned Group B winners.

Congratulations to all that represented NSW Country and Metro with pride and a big thank you to the coaching staff and of course the parents who also played a huge role in assisting and supporting the players..
