Western Sydney Wanderers FC with Granville & District Soccer Football Association arranged for at least one team from each of its affiliated clubs to be in attendance with matches as regular round 15 fixtures took shape.

Along with the support of Western Sydney Wanderers players Brendan Santalab and Jumpei Kusukami, an exciting ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off zone conducted by Football NSW also took place.

Football NSW ALDI MiniRoos Game Development Officer Zac Ribeiro was full of praise on how the day’s activities unfolded.

“It was an amazing day and one theme that was present was that everyone involved in the event was enjoying themselves – something football does to everyone from all parts of the world.

“Clubs from across the GDSFA rolled in with players representing their team colours with pride and excitement to play football.

“With the support from Football NSW setting up the ALDI MiniRoos shooting target and Marquee for fruit giveaways and Western Sydney Wanderers who activated their dribbling challenge with player appearances, the atmosphere around the park was electric.

“I would like to commend GDSFA and club representatives from Dundas who put on a memorable Gala Day, one I am sure that will live long in the memory of the hundreds of excited ALDI MiniRoos players.”
