APIA gearing for epic Sunday battle
All roads lead to Lambert Park this coming Sunday, 13th August, 2017, for APIA Leichhardt Tigers’ last game for Season 2017, Round 22 of the PlayStation4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s Competition against the Rockdale City Suns.
A victory for the team will deliver for the first time in 14 long years, the coveted 2017 PS4 NPL NSW Men’s Premiership.
If the club is able to win the Premiership, APIA will qualify for the 2017 PS4 National Premier Leagues Finals Series Championship playoff taking on other League Premiers from the other States within Australia.
The Winner of this prestigious national title will be rewarded with an automatic entry into the Final 32 of the Westfield FFA Cup.
It looks set to be a bumper crowd at Lambert Park as the club’s NSW Youth Boys, State League Women and Girls, Skill Acquisition Program, Elite Development Program and The Leichhardt Tigers Junior Soccer Club look set to be in attendance, to hopefully celebrate an achievement, which the club has been striving for, for many, many years.
