Experienced referees enjoy GHFA Final

With a combined age of 217, three experienced Gladesville Hornsby Football Association officials took part in what was a special Championship Finals last Saturday at the Over 35 Division 4 Final held at Eastwood.

It was a fantastic advertisement for the game in providing opportunities for all ages as the three match officials referee Roger Foskett (73) and assistant referees John Nevison (73) and Greg McLean (71) proved that age really is just a number as the trio, with nearly 50 years of on-field experience, played a pivotal role in what was a well-run match.
