St Mary’s Band Club Rangers Jason Connolly Memorial Cup
Earlier in April this year, the football community in NSW lost one of its great achievers in Jason Connolly.
Jason 46, passed away suddenly after playing for St Marys Band Club Rangers Over 35’s in a Nepean Cup game leaving behind two children – Cooper (12) and Chloe (16).
A core group of his friends along with the St Marys Band Club Rangers Football Club have organised a charity fundraiser with all proceeds from the event going towards his two children.
A 5-aside Over 30’s Football Tournament will be held at Lily’s Football Centre in Seven Hills on Saturday November 4th.

Furthermore, a host of local businesses and individuals have generously contributed to assist in the event.
Twenty teams have registered for the tournament with a vast array of former players and referees from the National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s competition, the former NSL and Hyundai A-League in attendance. The group stage games kick off at 8.30 am with the Grand Final kicking off at 4pm
Entry to the event is a gold coin donation at the front gate and a variety of fundraising activities have been planned for the family friendly day with a monster mystery raffle, lucky door prizes and silent auction items.
