Futsal Cup Semi-Final matches announced
The 2018 Futsal Cup Semi-Final matches as presented by Indoor 5’s for both men and women have been announced after clubs played host to some entertaining quarter-final games.
The Women’s category saw Inner West Magic defeat Mountain Majik 2-1, Raiders Futsal took care of Dural Warriors 3-1, Mascot Vipers beat Sydney City Eagles 4-2 and UTS Northside ended Campbelltown Quake’s run winning 2-1.
The Men’s competition saw South Coast Taipans stun the Inner West Magic 5-2, Dural Warriors took care of Boomerangs F.S. in a tight encounter 2-1, Sydney City Eagles defeated SD Raiders 3-1 while Campbelltown City Quake defeated UTS Northside in an epic 4-3 encounter.
Valentine Sports Park will play host to each of the semi-final matches commencing on Tuesday 27th November with Inner West Magic taking on Raiders Futsal (7pm) in the Women’s category while the South Coast Taipans host the Dural Warriors (8:30pm) in the Men’s.
Wednesday 28th November will feature the Mascot Vipers entertaining UTS Northside (7pm) in the Women’s while the Sydney City Eagles take on Campbelltown City Quake (8:30pm) in the Men’s.
The 2018 Futsal Cup Grand Final will take shape on Wednesday 12th December to be staged at Valentine Sports Park.
