Football NSW join in on Punchbowl United’s celebrations on presentation day

With another year of grassroots football done and dusted, Cantebury District Soccer Football Association’s Punchbowl United’s ALDI MiniRoos and Junior players enjoyed a day in celebration of their achievements throughout the 2019 season with family and friends.

The community had come together in perfect weather conditions at Punchbowl Park to support and recognise the commitments of not just the players but the coaches, managers and volunteers who contributed to another successful season.

Football NSW’s ALDI MiniRoos’ shooting target was one of the many attractions on the day that the kids enjoyed, challenging each other with their kicking accuracy and flair.

Game Development Officer, Eraga Magotti handed out an assortment of prizes including Topps Match-Attax football trading cards and bouncy balls to those that participated.

Other fun activities organised by the club included a jumping castle and an inflatable slide.

While the staple, sausage sizzle ensured the kids energy levels remained at a high for the duration of the event.

By the end of the day, all club participants had received their individual trophies and left with smiles on their faces.
