Family and friends gathered from across the Southern Districts Soccer Football Association (SDSFA) to Ernie Smith Reserve for their boys’ and girls’ presentation ceremonies as SAP – ‘Skills Acquisition Program’ participants were rewarded on Saturday 14th September.

It was a marvellous occasion with SD Raiders Football Club’s GSAP and ALDI MiniRoos joining SDSFA’s SAP representatives for a terrific day out in the sun.

Eagerly anticipating the presentations, parents brought their picnic blankets and camping chairs up close to the stand, having a chat before proceedings got underway.

Whereas the kids, hurried off towards the fun-sized inflatables that featured a slide, jumping castle and Football NSW’s own ALDI MiniRoos football dartboard, organised by Game Development Officer, Tim Blackford and assisted by Amelia Carnovale and Mitchell Kerr.

Intermittently, each team received their trophies and medallions accompanied by their beloved coaches and managers.

SDSFA’s General Manager, Phil Sampson was overjoyed with how the day unfolded.

“There were all smiles at our Junior Presentation Day.

“A big thank you to Football NSW who provided their tremendous inflatable ‘Football Darts’ display for all our girls and boys to enjoy.

“The day went extremely well, with great weather and plenty of activities for the kids.

“Thanks Football NSW for your involvement and support.”

Football NSW would like to congratulate all participants on another fantastic season and their respective families who have shown extraordinary commitment.

Thank you, SDSFA and SD Raiders Football Club for hosting a great presentation day.
