The sun was out to shine bright on another successful season for the junior sides of St Mary’s Convent Football Club at Kingswood Sports Club on Saturday 14th September as they celebrated the 2019 season.
The football community had come together to celebrate the achievements of players, coaches, managers and volunteers who contributed to the success of St Mary’s Convents’ season.
The ALDI MiniRoos shooting target proved to be a hit with the juniors, lining up to show off their technique used during the football season.
Football NSW’s Game Development Officer – MiniRoos, Cameron Whitton and Intern, Matthew Knight, surprised participants with giveaways including frisbees and bouncy balls throughout the day.
Family and friends escaped the heat for the presentation ceremony inside, where junior players received individual trophies to recognise their dedication and commitment in an enjoyable season.
Football NSW would like to congratulate all participants on their efforts this season and send thanks to St Mary’s Convent Football Club for hosting a wonderful occasion.
