Awards galore at 2019 Silver Medal Dinner

The 2019 Football NSW Silver Medal Dinner took centre stage at the Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf on Friday 20th of September as players, coaches, officials as well as high profile guests attended what was a fantastic evening acknowledging the achievements from the National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s 2 and 3 and Women’s seasons as well as the State League Men’s.

It was a fantastic season for both males and females as they got together in a monumental evening where over a record number of 650 guests attended with the night proudly presented by Fox Sports’ Adam Peacock.

Well over 40 awards were given on the evening with the Player of the Year selections the pick of the bunch.

The State League Men’s competition had 2019 Premiers Central Coast United’s star attacker Daniel McFarlane grab the applause for a majestic season.

Stanmore Hawks’ prolific marksman Jovan Blagojevic grabbed NPL 3 NSW Men’s honours while APIA Leichhardt Tigers’ talented female star Ashleigh Palombi was an absolute superstar as she was crowned the number one player in the NPL 2 NSW Women’s league.

Finally, Western Sydney Wanderers classy young gun Mohamed Adam took out the final award of the night claiming the Silver Medal for a standout year in the NPL 2 NSW Men’s competition.
