Football NSW is set to host its 51st Champion of Champions Finals this Sunday at Valentine Sports Park as Nineteen matches will be served as the main course for what will be a huge day as 38 of NSW’s cream of the crop grassroots clubs will meet to determine who will be the Champion of their respective age group.

Over 300 teams participated Football NSW’s prestigious knockout tournament as over five thousand plus players battled week in week out in the hope of landing a coveted spot in Sunday’s Finals.

Football NSW’s spiritual headquarters Valentine Sports Park will come alive with football action all day with matches commencing at 8:30am while the final match kicks off at 6:30pm.

In an amazing achievement, both Football South Coast and Manly Football Association will field the most teams on Sunday with as many as five that will hope to capture as many titles as possible.

Alongside the top two, Sutherland will feature four teams with Southern Districts, Central Coast, Granville, Northern Suburbs and St George to feature three.

Club Representatives from Hills (2), Granville (2), Canterbury (2), Macarthur (1), Nepean (1), and Shoalhaven (1) will also fight for their right to win silverware in this well-respected tournament.

A special mention to Granville’s Greystanes FC (15 Boys, 21 Women), Central Coast’s Southern & Ettalong United (All Age Women and Over 35 Men) and Northern Suburbs’ Lindfield FC (13 Boys and 18 Men) all of which will have two teams pushing for glory this Sunday.

It will also be a memorable day for Shoalhaven’s 15 Girls Huskisson Vincentia side who will be representing the regional area.

There will be a handful of teams chasing back to back Champion of Champions titles with the 21 Men Cronulla Seagulls hoping to relive its glory after taking it out in 2018.

Hurstville City Minotaurs’ successful over 45 Men’s team are looking at snaring the title for the third time after they won it in 2016 and 2018 as will their opponents Inter Lions who took it out in 2012 and 2014 while the Albion Park All Age Women will be hoping they can recapture the title after winning it in 2013 and 2017 but losing it last year.

All 19 matches will also be live streamed on the day off Football NSW’s Facebook page so you won’t miss a beat and you will be able to relive all the action once the full-time whistle sounds.

*A reminder that Valentine Sports Park is a sport venue and smoking, alcohol and pets are prohibited
