TAFE NSW Summer Football Champions of Champions Postponed

Due to the current and forecast air quality, smoke and fire conditions, Football NSW has taken the regrettable decision to postpone tomorrow’s (Saturday 7th December) TAFE NSW Summer Football Champion of Champions.

We understand this is disappointing as we know that there have been many hours of planning put into this event by both our competition organisers and the teams who have been in preparation.

In making this decision, we are mindful of the serious health risks and effects that poor air quality can have on players and those who would have been attending. Taking into account also, the warnings that have been issued by various agencies and organisations.

Our first priority however must be the safety of the players, as well as the team officials, match officials, staff, spectators, families and the extended football community who attend and support our events.

Further information will be issued to all teams and announced on our website once an alternative date has been determined.
