Football NSW Introduces Goalkeeping Academy
Football NSW would like to introduce its new goalkeeping academy program to be run by NSW Goalkeeping coach Liam Dedini and Sydney FC goalkeeper and goalkeeper coach Trudy Burke.
This program is designed for SAP and GSAP goalkeepers to further develop their goalkeeping skills under qualified training at the home of Football in NSW at Valentines Sports Park. The program will focus on Individual techniques within goalkeeping as well as game situation training, allowing goalkeepers to make decisions and execute these. This program will also help coaches identify potential goalkeepers for future years and their chance to be selected into NSW Institute teams and TSP squads on their path towards NPL, State and National selection at some stage.
This program will be run on Thursday nights at Valentines Sports Park in Glenwood and will be a full term of training (8 weeks). The program will see each player issued with a playing shirt and goalkeeping manual. Each time slot will be capped at 8 boys and 8 girls for quality of training reasons, so be quick to register your interest for term 1.

Cost Per Term: $150
Duration Per Term: The program will run for 8 weeks, commencing on February 6th 2020 and will take place on Thursday afternoon/evening
Running Times: Under 11 – 12 Boys 5pm to 6pm.
Under 11 – 12 Girls 6.15pm to 7.15pm.

Level 1 GK Coach who has completed Level 2 and just need to do final Assessment.
