Newly appointed Canterbury District Soccer Football Association Female Football Manager Trudy Burke hosted a successful Girls School Holiday Clinic that took place at the historic Pratten Park facility across two days kicking off on Tuesday 7th of July.

Girls aged between 7 to 14 years all took part across seven local CDSFA clubs as 52 players in total enjoyed mini-World Cup matches as well as skills and drills with special appearances from Future Matildas stars Charlie Rule and Holly McNamara who joined in on the action.

With a strong focus on having fun thanks to the world game, Burke and co were delighted with the vibe that was present relishing on the success of Australia and New Zealand recently winning the right to host the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
