European Football Development Specialist Joins 2020 Australian Coaching Conference

Football New South Wales are delighted to announce that Head Of Football Development for the Royal Netherlands Football Association (KNVB) Jorg van der Breggen will be presenting at the 2020 Australian Coaching Conference.

Jorg is a UEFA A Licence holder who has worked for the KNVB for 5 years In various football development positions across all levels of the football pyramid in the Netherlands from grassroots football through to the professional game. Before working for the KNVB Jorg also held the position of academy coordinator for the Erevidise side Sparta Rotterdam and is also a qualified PE teacher.

Jorg Is extremely passionate about football development and in particular youth development for all junior footballers be it within the grassroots space or aspiring professional players.

Jorg will be presenting at the 2020 Australian Coaching Conference on “Building An Evidence Based Youth Development Program” which will focus on how coaches can become more effective within the youth development phase.

With COVID-19 still impacting the ability to gather in large groups and for participants to travel, the 2020 Australian Coaching Conference has attracted many participants and already Northern NSW Football, Football West and Football Victoria have joined forces to promote the Conference to their coaches and broader membership.

The 2020 Australian Coaching Conference will be held online on Saturday 28 November, noting that registration will allow participants to access the content any time afterwards through a specially designed online platform.
