More Presenters for the Australian Coaching Conference announced including Dr Ron Smith and Mike Conway

The line up of expert presenters for the 2020 Australian Coaching Conference continues to go from strength to strength as Football NSW counts down the days to the online event on Saturday 28 November.

Already more than 1500 participants have registered, and this is likely to increase with the announcement that Dr Ron Smith and Mike Conway have joined the list of highly credentialed and world expert speakers.

Ron Smith needs little introduction having been Head Coach of the Australian Institute of Sport’s Football program for many years and having been so instrumental in the development of numerous players that went on to be a key part of the ‘golden generation’.  Ron is a member of the FFA’s Starting XI and was recently appointed as FFA’s Technical Consultant. Ron will talk on a range of subjects including coach education and youth development over the last 30-40 years.

Mike Conway is the Founder and CEO of XVenture, an innovative learning, leadership and media group focused on Creating Winning Minds in individuals, for great team success by developing emotional agility, resilience and leadership.

He is also the emotional agility and mental coach for the Socceroos, and has previously worked with a number of other sporting teams including Sydney FC, and now works extensively with Football Coaches Australia and is the mastermind behind the XVenture Mind Games Cup.

Mike’s presentation will be on ‘Creating Winning Minds’.
