West Ryde Rovers FC, Ryde Saints United FC and Epping FC are the first Clubs within North West Sydney Football to complete the NCDP and have shown their commitment to planning for the future.

All NWSF Clubs are encouraged to complete the program, with a view to helping themselves improve and raising standards across the Association.

This will quantify what we do well and areas that could be improved for the benefit of all members within the Association.

“All Clubs are encouraged to complete the Program not only to receive official recognition for their countless hours of hard work, but also, help the Association look at strategic ways to provide support to all clubs,” said Chief Executive Officer for North West Sydney Football Jeremy Toivonen.

“The NCDP will help quantify the areas and we can look at collectively to maintain or raise the standard of services currently provided to all member going forward.

“This process will aim to focus on the retention of our members rather than the usual focus on recruitment.”
