Heading into Round 12 of the Futsal Premier League Open Womens competition sees the spots in the top four still up for grabs headed into the final three weeks. We have a top of the table clash on Saturday and some other intriguing fixtures to enjoy. Let’s get onto the preview!

West City Crusaders vs SD Raiders Futsal, Saturday 26 November, 3:50pm, PCYC Hawkesbury

Fifth takes on sixth when West City Crusaders host SD Raiders Futsal at PCYC Hawkesbury on Saturday afternoon.

The Crusaders are looking to rebound after their 2-0 loss to South Coast Taipans in the Match of the Round last weekend. They were gallant in the defeat and if they can turn their chances into goals will have a big chance to take three points.

SD Raiders Futsal have fallen in a slight hole in recent weeks which has seen them fall out of the top four and now on the outside looking in. They have the ability to turn it around and get back into the mix with a huge win on Saturday.

Raiders Futsal Club vs Phoenix Futsal Club, Saturday 26 November, 3:50pm, Thomas Hassell Anglican College

Top four hopefuls Raiders Futsal Club taken on Phoenix Futsal Club at Thomas Hassell Anglican College on Saturday afternoon.

Raiders Futsal Club head back home after their 6-1 loss to Boomerangs FS and aim to cement their spot in the top four. Nicole Ossio has scored five goals in the last three weeks and will be keen to add to her tally back at home.

Phoenix Futsal Club might not be able to make the top four but they can play spoiler in the last three weeks of the season against the other teams. Teresa Morabito got their goal last week and look to help the side to a huge result on Saturday.

South Coast Taipans vs Boomerangs FS, Saturday 26 November, 6:40pm, UOW Sports Hub

It is a top of the table clash at UOW Sports Hub between South Coast Taipans and Boomerangs FS on Saturday night.

South Coast Taipans have ground out their last two results and are ready to have another chance to take on the leaders. Lulu Lozano has consistently been on the score sheet for the Taipans and will need to fire for them against the Boomerangs.

For Boomerangs FS, they will just keep on rolling. The side have just steamrolled through the FPL2 Open Womens competition and a win on Saturday could move them closer to first. Coach Kristian Collins will have them ready to go from the opening whistle.

Sydney Futsal Club vs Sydney City Eagles, Sunday 27 November, 4:20pm, NC of Indigenous Excellence

Sydney Futsal Club and Sydney City Eagles are both still in the hunt for the top four and face off at NC of Indigenous Excellence on Sunday afternoon.

The hosts head into game after a big 8-4 win over SD Raiders Futsal which keeps them within reach of the FPL2 Open Womens top four. Sydney Futsal Club will lean on Annalise Schiraldi and Natalie Marchese to help them get back-to-back wins.

Sydney City Eagles won 2-1 against Phoenix Futsal Club which has them sat solidly in third position on the FPL2 Open Womens ladder. Emma Voloder and Sofia Sollecito were their goal scorers in the win and Voloder has been a key cog in the Eagles machine.
